Requirements

Broker members are active licensees who practice real estate in Oregon or SW Washington. A broker member receives benefits including discounted registration fees, Commerical Real Estate Forms, listing in our annual roster, consideration for our "Annual Dinner & Awards Celebration," and our publications.

Applications for Membership which are complete and unaltered are subject to CAB Executive Board review the second Tuesday of the month immediately following receipt. If membership is approved, a new member packet and additional information will follow. If membership is denied, dues will be returned in full to Applicant.

NOTE: If one commercial real estate broker member works for a company with other commercial brokers, every commercial broker must pay Commercial Association of Brokers Oregon/SW Washington dues.
